Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamins B1, B6, B12, C, biotin and folic acid contribute to normal psychological function.

B-Vitamins, vitamin C and iron contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
