Return and Exchange policy:

Thank you for choosing HiPharma to buy your favorite products, it is our pleasure to serve you. 

Sometimes you may change your opinion about the products you have purchased, it's okay. At HiPharma, we do our best to make the return or exchange as simple and as smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the Return and Exchange policy through the following procedures:

The goods to be exchanged or returned should be in good condition i.e. unopened and still displayable in their original cover and purchase receipt attached.

 The goods to be exchanged or returned are not conforming to the standard specifications or have a defect or damage.  

You can replace products within 14 days of purchase 

Vitamins and nutritional supplement products cannot be returned according to Circular No. 2 of 2012 issued by the Drug Inspection Department of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health.

 In case the customer wished to return the product after receiving it soundly and without any damage; they will bear the shipping cost through the following shipping companies only: (DHL, Aramex), provided that the goods are to be returned in their original condition (unopened, unused and in their casings) and original purchase receipts are attached.

Bank transfer in Kuwait: 3-5 business days

Bank transfer in Arabian Gulf Countries: 7-10 working days

Payment for receipt: 3 business days
